One shared library for every image and video the app uses. Bring assets in once, keep them in one place, drop them into any module.
This is how Media works today. Where it's going lives in the Redesign Map and Blog Brief.
What Media is
๐๏ธOne shelf for everything. Images and video clips live in a single library so modules pull from one place instead of re-uploading.
๐ฌVideo is handled for you. Large clips are compressed to 720p on the server (FFmpeg), so heavy files stay light.
๐Connect outside storage. Google Drive and Dropbox can be linked as sources to pull assets in.
โ๏ธReused across modules. The same asset can feed a social post, a blog image, a newsletter, or a landing page.

Social posts
Attach an image or clip to a post.
Blog
Featured and in-body images.
Newsletter
Section images for the weekly email.
Landing pages
Hero and supporting media.
Heads up on Drive & Dropbox: both can be connected as storage sources, but those links are not tested yet. That is expected and fine for now. Treat direct upload and mobile intake as the reliable paths until Drive and Dropbox are verified.
